Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Flow 52. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flow 52.

1. About Flow 52

Flow 52 is a cash flow planning tool for seasonal businesses and for individuals and households whose income changes through the year. Flow 52 is a trading name of StreamshareDM OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17039398), whose registered address is Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe district, 11415 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is accessible at flow52.com and app.flow52.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Flow 52. Flow 52 is open to both individuals and businesses. You can use it for your household finances, for your business, or for both.

In these Terms, a “consumer” means an individual using Flow 52 wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A “business customer” means anyone using Flow 52 for their trade, business, craft or profession. Some parts of these Terms apply differently to consumers and business customers, and we say so where they do.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at team@flow52.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. You may not share your account or access credentials with others.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Flow 52 is a yearly subscription, paid in advance. Current pricing is shown on the website.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase. We charge the yearly price to the payment method you used.
  • You can stop your subscription renewing at any time by clicking “Cancel Access” in the app, or by emailing team@flow52.com. You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

90-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not completely happy with Flow 52, just ask for a refund within 90 days of your first payment and we will give you a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. The guarantee covers your first year only. It does not apply to renewals.

How to ask: email us at team@flow52.com and include the email address you used to buy.

How we pay it: we will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of your request. We will use the same payment method you used to buy, unless you agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund. Your access to Flow 52 will end when we process the refund, and your subscription will not renew.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal right to cancel in section 5. It lasts longer than the 14 days the law gives consumers in the UK and EU.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers in the UK and EU)

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day after you buy. This right applies to your first purchase of Flow 52.

Your access to Flow 52 starts as soon as you pay, so you can use it straight away. Even so, if you cancel within the 14 days, we will give you a full refund. We will not charge you for the days you used.

How to cancel: email us at team@flow52.com within the 14 days and tell us clearly that you want to cancel. Please include the email address you used to buy. You can use the wording below if you like, but you do not have to.

“To StreamshareDM OÜ (Flow 52), Ruunaoja tn 3, Lasnamäe district, 11415 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia, team@flow52.com: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the Flow 52 service. Ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Email address used to buy: [your email]. Date: [today’s date].”

To meet the deadline, you only need to send your message before the 14 days end.

Your refund: we will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used to buy, unless you agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund. Your access to Flow 52 will end when we process the refund.

Clicking “Cancel Access” in the app stops your subscription renewing. It does not refund you on its own. If you want your money back, under this section or under the 90-day guarantee, please also email us so we can process your refund.

Our 90-day full refund guarantee in section 4 is in addition to this legal right and lasts longer. So if you are outside the 14 days but within 90 days of your first payment, you can still ask for a full refund under the guarantee.

This section does not reduce any other right you have as a consumer. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flow 52 for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the software
  • Use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Resell or sublicense access to Flow 52 without our written permission

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Flow 52, whether it relates to your business or your household. We use your data only to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

8. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Flow 52 is a planning and calculation tool. The outputs it generates — including suggested weekly transfer amounts and cash flow projections — are based entirely on the information you provide. They are for planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

You should consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser before making significant financial decisions. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on Flow 52 outputs. This does not limit our responsibilities set out in section 11 (Limitation of Liability).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on Flow 52 are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Flow 52 available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription without giving you the option to cancel.

11. Limitation of Liability

For everyone: nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when you bought Flow 52. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We only supply Flow 52 to consumers for domestic and private use, so if you use it for a business purpose we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK and under the consumer laws of your country of residence.

If you are a business customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Flow 52
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

You may stop your subscription at any time by clicking “Cancel Access” in the app or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

If you are a business customer, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, choosing the laws of Estonia does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You can bring a claim about these Terms in the courts of the country where you live. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a claim in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland. If you live in the European Union, you can bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, and we can only bring a claim against you in those courts.

If you live anywhere else, including the United States, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
