Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Flow 52. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Flow 52.

1. About Flow 52

Flow 52 is a cash flow planning tool for seasonal businesses, operated by Trish Riedel (“we”, “us”, “our”). The service is accessible at flow52.com and app.flow52.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use Flow 52. The service is intended for business owners and professionals — not for personal or household use.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@flow52.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. You may not share your account or access credentials with others.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Flow 52 is offered on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is shown on the website.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • A free trial may be offered at our discretion. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flow 52 for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its underlying systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the software
  • Use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Resell or sublicense access to Flow 52 without our written permission

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Flow 52. We use your data only to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Flow 52 is a planning and calculation tool. The outputs it generates — including suggested weekly transfer amounts and cash flow projections — are based entirely on the information you provide. They are for planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

You should consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser before making significant financial decisions. We accept no responsibility for decisions made based on Flow 52 outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on Flow 52 are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Flow 52 available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription without giving you the option to cancel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Flow 52
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from within the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
